Principal Reservoir Engineering Consultant
Over 35 years of diversified E&P experience in operating, NOJV, and consulting companies, across conventional and unconventional, onshore and offshore fields. Skilled in reservoir and production engineering, dynamic simulation, field development planning, production optimization, well interventions, and EOR. Hands-on operational experience in 2D seismic acquisition, drilling, logging, completions, and ESP installations. Strong background in procurement, HSE management, and project management for seismic and exploration drilling. Excellent teamwork with technical and business departments and strong stakeholder engagement with all government levels, police, army, and community leaders.
Dr. Brad(Qingjun) Yang

More than 20 years of experience in petroleum/reservoir engineering. Expertise in reservoir simulation, resource and reserve evaluation, integrated production modelling, field development plan, and reservoir surveillance/well intervention. Worked on a variety of green and brown Gas/Oil development including unconventional resources such as coal bed methane, shale oil and tight gas, CO2 storage (CCS) and Hydrogen storage.
Nikolaos Sykiotis

Senior Earth Scientist
Nikolaos Sykiotis (Nik) is an Earth Scientist with 12 years’ experience in the Upstream Oil and Gas, Mining and Finance Industries, including 8 years with Chevron.

He has worked on a variety of global Exploration and Development projects, including the North West Shelf Joint Venture, Wheatstone and Gorgon Area Exploration. In addition, Nik has experience working on the Equus Development in Northern Australia and exploration in The Gambia, West Africa.
​
Nik has an Honours degree from the University of Adelaide in Geology and Geophysics and an MBA from the University of Western Australia.
Dr. Saju Menacherry

Petrologist / Reservoir Quality Geoscience Consultant
Dr. Saju Menacherry is a Reservoir Quality Geologist with more than 22 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry, with an integrated approach for reservoir quality characterisation and prediction for exploration, field development and production optimisation.

Saju is an internationally recognised and an enterprise-wide subject matter expert, advising and mentoring on workflow development and best practice in reservoir quality, sedimentary petrology and sedimentology.
​
He has Co-Chaired for AAPG international conference sessions, Clastic Diagenesis group and other international conferences. He was awarded the best runner up poster presentation award from SEPM/AAPG international conference in 2006.
